Waiver: I hereby certify the following: I am physically fit and able to participate in the Larry Nanti Memorial 5K Walk/Run/10K Run on Saturday, August 9th, 2025. If I do participate, I on behalf of myself, hereby waive and forever discharge the sponsors, organizers, and Merritt Days committee, as well as their agents, employees and volunteers, from any and all claims that may occur as a result of my participation.
